Order
Manushi is highly obliged to get the following information’s from buyers:
- Detailed order with quantities and product names;
- Detailed information about color, design, specifications and modification if needed;
- Shipment details (Sea, Air or Courier);
- Packing, shipping and labelling instructions if any;
- Required shipping documents (GSP or country of origin)
- Information about delivery date our address.
We accept e-mail and fax orders.
Once an order is received, we follow-up with:
- A proforma invoice with order details i.e product items quantities and prices;
- The prices are FOB prices up to Kathmandu airport is US$ or Euro and cover handling, normal packing and export documents. The freight charges are payable on receipt of shipment or can be per-paid.
- Normal shipment takes 3 months time. Status of order with regards to production and shipment will be provided regularly;
- Prices can change without prior notice. But once the proforma invoice is issued, prices cannot be changed;
- Samples and prototypes can be sent for approval by images or by mail prior to production;
- Terms of payment – According to the Government of Nepal Export law, a 100% advance payment should be deposited in the bank account of Manushi. A 50% advance payment is payable upon placing the order and the remaining 50% is due prior to shipping.
